Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the website https://nb2lite.com (the “Service”) operated by nb2lite (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or nb2lite cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscriptions. You shall provide nb2lite with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize nb2lite to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, nb2lite will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

3. Free Trial

nb2lite may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged by nb2lite until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, nb2lite will begin charging the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, nb2lite reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to input text, images, audio, video or other materials (“Input”) and generate videos, images or other media outputs (“Output”) using artificial intelligence models including but not limited to Seedance 2.0 and other third-party models.

Your Input

You retain ownership of and responsibility for any Input you provide to the Service. You represent and warrant that your Input does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or any other rights.

Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable (except as set forth herein), sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform the Output generated from your Input, for any purpose (commercial or non-commercial).

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated Output may contain hallucinations, factual inaccuracies, artifacts, biases or other undesirable content
We do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, appropriateness or commercial usability of any Output
You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any Output and for any consequences arising from such use

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable
Generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities
Generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content (unless explicitly allowed under a specific paid plan that permits it)
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, or remove any Input or Output that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Input and Output generated by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of nb2lite and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of nb2lite.

7. Third-Party AI Models

The Service integrates third-party AI models (such as Seedance 2.0 by ByteDance and others). Your use of these models is also governed by the respective terms of service and acceptable use policies of those third-party providers. In case of conflict, the more restrictive terms apply.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, or performance of any third-party models.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if:

You breach the Terms
You fail to pay any fees when due
We reasonably believe your use of the Service presents legal, security or reputational risk

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall nb2lite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
